samdwitch is? After that song of the 80s i always was curious..

Ok Vegemite is a spread usually put on bread or toast. It's black and looks like axle grease. Has a yeast content and as i was not born in Australia find it revolting but Australians are brought up on it. A little goes a long way as i found out. Very tart and strong flavor. the company making it has actaually been purchased by an American company now. It is banned now in the US cause of it's high folate content exceeds US standards.

That is the first reason it is banned in the US. Vitamin B17 is used as treatment for Cancer. Many people believe that Cancer is contracted as a result of lack of certain vitamin (B17) as we all eat highly processed foods these days.

This might sound little out there to some, but if you don’t believe me look it up. Some foods have a very high concentration of this vitamin that is no longer part of our daily diet.

Interesting fact is that all animals found dead in the wild none were diagnosed that died from Cancer. But lot of animals that die in the zoo die fro cancer.
