If you have a USB connection for your phone and a CD Rom that came with it to load into your computer you should be able to download anything from the phone.
The easiest way is, if you have a memory card in the phone, is to copy any files from the phone memory to your memory card, then put the memory card into a card reader, plug into computers USB and copy all photos and videos to windows media player, or a folder you make for them.
