Just received a call from Yamaha about 20min ago inviting me to the offical product launch in Brisbane tomorrow night. Due to business travel I will be unable to attend so I have RSVP'd to attend the Adelaide launch instead. Just waiting now to hear back if they can squeeze me in.

She said it would involve some video presentations etc followed by at the end of the night the unvailing of the new max and some handouts etc. She also said there are only 2 of these pre-production bikes in the country so we can only sit and touch for now.

Now to try get time off work.. Can feel myself being very sick next week..

I wonder when we will see this beast in Perth?? Maybe the next motorcycle show..........I hope!

I wonder why the non USA buyers are getting all of this personal attention from Yamaha? US deal strictly with the dealer and don't get a call or material from ANYONE including our dealer. Just wondering because I for one am jealous!
