09 VMAX Book and Letter from Yamaha/Star 1 Month, 1 Week ago

Just curious about how many people recieved their book and letter dated 11/7/08. I was wondering if there is any correlation of when those items are recieved and when the bike gets to the dealer.

I have not received anything yet. My dealer did not take down my address - just name and phone number and of course my $1,000. So, I was wondering, will they still send the book/letter directly to the dealer and I have to get it from him? What are others doing?

Your name and address are on your priority delivery claim form aren't they? Mine are but I haven't received or heard anything. Mines due in December.

I'm thinking your MAX will come much sooner than March. You'll probably see it later on in December or possibly early January. Yamaha's goal is to have all the bikes delivered by the end of December.

I received my book and letter yesterday(Saturday). My claim number is 263524. I do not expect my bike until sometime in February.
