Sorry to be the one, but that's best man, considering how fast they're going. Standard procedure when you plunk down your coin is to get a Yamaha Priority Delivery Claim, locking in your order and place in line.

Let me know what you find out. All I got was the PO# from the dealer. Looking at the other cdn orders, I'd say that's what they got too.

You guys have me on your list as "orc55", which is kind of ironic in that an orc is a "devouring monster"! Quite an appropriate typo.

He went on to say quote " Your dealer has registered you in the early deposit program and (you are actually at the top of the list!)." So as far as I'm concerned
I bought the new  on June 5th and I'm Number #1 in the Great White North.

I would call them back and ask them why the difference? Why some of your countrymen (and women) get a claim number and you do not? Have them explain that to you.

I ordered mine on August 7th from Kelly's Cycle in Hamilton Ont. Mine is their third from this dealership (top class shop btw)
I'm thinking that the sales volumn and turn over has a lot to do with who gets what and when, so I have no concerns about when it comes.
