Well, it's your fault! After seeing the video and realising how much silver was on the bike,
I decided to get a Silver Metalic lid to go with it!

I've always been kind of partial to Arai helmets. This one gets my vote.

fxstein - Any more progress on this topic? It's at the top of my list. Thanks.

Did not mean to talk about intercom only. Its a sound problem for most all of them. Whether you want to listen to music, use it as an intercom or speak on a cell phone. Unless you plan to slow down to 20mph and cruse in high gear, most systems won't be able to deal with all the noise. You won't hear a word what the other guys says (intercom or cell) and they will just hear a roar.
There are only 1 or 2 upscale aftermarket systems that deal with the noise issues. Don't remember their brands right now...

Sorry - have just been way too busy to shop for intercoms. Google for it and make sure they state that you can still listen and talk at 200mph.

Street lights timed for 35 mph are also timed for 70 mph.
I'm the guy that'll be sneaking out of my bedroom at three o'clock in the morning to look at my bike.

Nice helmets, but Arai is over priced(IMO) but for grins and to match some other gear I got, i added a similar Scorpion

If you ride often enough, one for each day of the week ain't bad.
Down here in South Florida the humidity and heat really gets ya, especially if you sweat a lot.
I alternate lids every ride to give the other time to dry out, and I also wear a do-rag.
A good tip to keep your lid fresh and dry:
When not in use, put 1 or 2 USED bounce sheets inside and leave the lid open....it absorbs some moisture, and leaves it always fresh smelling.

Does anyone have experience or is familiar with SCHUBERTH?
I saw the SCHUBERTH S1 PRO and SCHUBERTH S1 Carbon. I like them both, having difficulty deciding
