I checked with my dealer yesterday. Backrest has been moved up from December 17 to December 8. I got the rack & windshield a while back. Says he's now showing December receipt of my bike, although it still doesn't say when in December.

I got the Luggage rack yesterday from Yamaha of Seattle.
I got it within a week from ordering.
However, the backrest is on backorder.
Looks like December.
My dealer says 2nd week of December on the Bike. I really don't think that know anyone that I do. They were in denial that Canada had received the 1st.
Whey, just a bunch of salesman. I think I will call Yamaha corporate tomorrow again.

I pulled the availability listing from Yamaha's Dealer site; here's what's currently available:
I haven't seen too much of this stuff actually available yet, but the way Yamaha's fulfillment works, you'll want to get your order in and, sorry to say, wait. As they receive their shipments, whoever has them on order first will get theirs first. If they run out, you're stuck waiting until the next shipment.
The prices listed are Yamaha's suggested retail prices; ours are much better!
