How about adding a pop up summary of each thread? 6 Months ago

Would love to roll over the thread subject line and get a quick summary of what it says rather than having to always open it up.

And btw, every other forum I've seen does not display the pop up summary for enough time, causing me to have to roll over another thread then roll back over the one I'm interested in to activate the summary and then speed read.

Sorry if this has been suggested but it's late and I didn't want to spend all night searching for a possible duplicate post on this subject.

Thanks for getting this forum started. I'm now in trouble as I'm determined to have both a ford GT (not the mustang) and the new Max. That would be a sweet garage.

The program being used for these forums is Fireboard, not V-Bulletin and I don't think it offers that option, sorry.

Thanks for the suggestion. Let me see what I can do. I assume you would want to see the text of the first post in a little pop up window? Have an example I can look at? Thx!

Yes, exactly. An example would be fordgtforum.com. If you click on one of the main headers to go into the associated threads and then hover over any thread header, a pop up window appears and then you get a gist for what direction the poster is going. I appreciate the attempt

Thx for the example. Yes that should be rather simple to implement. I am currently working on a more complete overhaul of the site template. Once I got that done, I will make this happen. Don't be shy and remind me if it takes too long...

Thank you so much. It has made the forum so much more enjoyable. So much so that I'm going to have to accelerate my purchasing of Mr. Max. I hope there are some left. If I walk into a dealer and slap my thou down, I assume they can tell me before I do how many are left, right? Anyway, thanks again, it's great!

only speculation at this point. When you get a claim number share it with us. At this point we.. "think" that the numbers should end with 262700, but you never know..
