I can hardly wait to get my new V Max. Traded in my )& with 1062 miles. Keeping my '05. Would be interested in knowing how many have been ordered, and if handlebars are longer. Hoz 5050

Yes the handlebars are longer than the

VMax

V1. Very nice balance between comfort and agility.

I hope to actually see and touch the new Max at the Indy GP. Yamaha usually has bikes on display.Hopefully the beast will be there. I couldn't watch the vid. Stupid pc! I wish you could have made it to Indy with us FX.

I'll be going to Indy, CruiseMissle. I have a wedding the night before so I'll only be going for Sundays race. (no qualify or press day with riders =/. but better than not going at all!). I read somewhere that Yamaha will have the dog and pony show @ the race, so I'm looking forward to finally having a close look at the bike. I am feeling abit uneasy, I ordered tickets and they sent me this envelope with a "program of events". No tickets..

I'll have to give these guys a call and see whats up...

I would have had an invite for Indy, but already promised the West Coast Warrior gang to do the Mammoth - Tahoe - Virgnia City run next weekend, and will be heading to Vegas for all of Monday. Need to do some riding myself for once...

Too bad it was planned the same WE as the GP. The return to the Dragon for the Warriors is also that weekend. So if I go to that it'll be tues after everyone scrams.And it will be on the R1.
