Hello. I'm new to this forum and really would appreciate any info on the subject of size of rider for a good fit ob the . I haven't been able to get any solid info so far on that issue.

Sometimes longer legged riders get all jammed up on certain bikes -like most sport bikes, for instance. Also, another example is the BKING. A few weeks ago I got on a Bking and it really didn't fit me well at all--I'm 6'2" and 220lbs and the Bking seems to be designed for riders with shorter legs --maybe 6' riders and under would be confortable, I think. I'm really after more torque anyway and so the is more appealing (just a personal opinion). I had a VRod, SE, for a couple of years and it was a fairly good fit, but I sold it last fall.

Is there anyone 6'2" or so with fairly long legs that has been on the new that can give me an opinion. I'd really appreciate any help on that. Thanks a lot in advance.

Welcome to the site...you'll be getting a ton of feedback here, I think half the members are over 6' over 200 lbs

And a few have saddled the new Max.

Bruce,

Welcome to the site! In fact I am 6"2 and I wear 34"(l) Jeans depends on what you call long legs. I have had the chance to sit on the new multiple times and I fell right at home. There are two videos with me on the bike for reference. One from the initial introduction on board of the USS midway and the second one from Moto GP weekend in Laguna Seca.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, I did put $1K down and was guaranteed the 1st from our local Yam dealer. I was told maybe it would be here in Oct. as it was ordered very early.
