240 rubs inner fender on lowered Max

I just noticed the plastic inner fender under my rear fender is "peeling" up. My bike is lowered about 2 inches, maybe it's just when I hit big bumps, maybe it's just when I carry a passenger, maybe I need to lose weight! BUT is anyone else with a 240 seeing this?

I have the same problem, I think it will stop when the required clearence is aquired.
