Me I understand them.Some products are produced and DISIGNED by local CO-Companies in EUROPE,some other from JAPAN & some in US.They are not directly from Yamaha CO company.So the yamaha makes a deal with them and take it,put a YAMAHA oem code and sell them via them.For example....the arlen ness mirrors,they are not available in europe via Yamaha OEM code only in the Us because only the US YAMAHA made the deal.If you asked me why only the US Yamaha made the deal you can probably understand that the Shipping Costs and Taxes are too high to sell them in Europe.

"I pulled over this guy they call bad_max on the Starvmax forums, he was smoking his tire to the point I couldn't see a damn thing, then he was popping wheelies, then he was smoking his tire while popping wheelies while going 165 mph. I have to admit, that was one sweet looking bike, probably the best looking bike I have ever seen. Then I took his license away!"
