I asked because the CF scoops only have slits no screens so nothing on the inside like you would rather pay a bit more for quality did you just use a standard 2 wire plug so you could remove the scoops ?

I might opt for these instead of my photochromic s that would stream line the front end and i have all the wires and a nice
illuminated toggle mounted in the faring thanks for that you might have a copy cat in Florida lol.

Yes capt, they come with two wires with a plug you can disconnect when you remove the scoops. This is as easy as it gets. A positive and a negative and that's it. Mine is going off my fuseblocks switched power so they come on with ignition.

I just undid the 4 mesh tabs to temporarily remove the mesh to run the wires through the slits.
I was debating weather or not to remove them completely like on the Caron scoops

Bob: the idea was for the bottom holes to be flashing as indicators, but couldn't find any amber lights. So the bottom will be The same as well.
