Hi all. Just registered and have posted this in noob section, so forgive my cross posting. MCN in the U.K have managed to get the scoop a week early. Supposed to have more details tomorrow. No USD forks though...

I have recently ridden an VFR800 that had regular forks. You can't tell the difference unless you are a pro rider on a track. The problems of the legacy Vmax did not only have to do with old regular forks.
In fact for a quarter-mile bike the regular forks might just get you a bit faster due to the lower mounted center of gravity....
