Just pulled the trigger: Canon EOS 5D Mark II 4 Months, 1 Week ago
After months of looking around I finally pulled the trigger on a new SLR. With new posters for the VMax zazzle store in the works the older Canon 10D with its 6MP just does not cut it anymore. Looking forward to the next NorCal photo shoot - this time in 21MP!

DAMN!! That is a sweet camera Oliver!! I'd love to replace me Canon Rebel XTi but that is just money that can't be spent right now. Can't wait to see some pics!

I'd say the old one served you well, but 21MP is overkill Must be nice

I'm jealous! I shoot with a Canon 1Ds. But that 5D Mark II is on a different level. Congrats, and I can't wait to see pics!

I got the 7D for xmas for the wife and she still can't use it the store I got it from even offered a free lesson to her but she did not go I do feel that the live view slows it down my cheeper D 3000 seems to pop off pics as fast or a tad faster

But you are the pro. Your shots look killer. Have been looking at the 1D years ago and decided to go with the 10D instead. It was a good start and I learned a lot. Still, I am an amateur. Don't really know what I am doing. I just shoot so many pics, that eventually I get a few right....
