You will just have to pay the sales tax on it in your state... correct?

I live in NJ, If we buy in Delaware or PA either of them states charge NJ sales tax and do all of the DMV work as if it happened right here in NJ. Its really hassel free.
If the dealer cant incorperate the taxes into your deal see if they can do a dealer trade and get the bike into a dealership close to you in your state. |

This is a great idea but it wont really help you unless they will pay to ship the bike to the dealer in your state. I bought my bike in Alabama. I live in Florida. I had to pay the state taxes here which was approx $750 total. of course it's dependent on what you pay for the bike. My lender would have added to the loan but I didn't want them to. |

i live in texas and bought my max in arizona, i did not register it in AZ but i did have to pay a title transfer fee of $300 to the state of AZ. They told me that i had 90 days to register the bike or the state of AZ could impose some type of fine on me. (good luck trying to get your money lol) i am legal now though. also cost me $500 to have the bike shipped to my house.
