purchased the G2 max instead of the vrod. what is the best oil for the max? I am thinking about rotella.

Any synthetic from a good manufacturer of the cost you are willing to pay of course. also with no friction eliminators in them.... not good for the clutch.. :tounge:

AMSOIL makes a great synthetic at a great price for frequent changes (~$8 USD per quart of SAE 20W-50)if you become a preferred customer.

I thought that this was an interesting oil test for some of the major brands...

Easy answer...after initial break in switch to quality synthetic. Change it regularly....its that simple
