When the engine is cold everything is right.

But when hot after a ride I can hear some ''cliquetis'' (sorry I'm french canadian). They are faints but they are not present when cold.
Maybe theses sounds or clicks are the valves. I can only hear them at idle and when hot. They seems to go away when rev the engine.

Any ideas ?

As long as your oil level is good it should be fine the V 4 has a 4 valve per cylinder DOHC set up with cam chains and tensioners and is a noisy bastard by nature unless you hear a very pronounced sound it's just the metal parts getting to know each other and getting friendly.
