My 2006 Vmax has begun to spill battery acid out the vent tube. Sometimes just a drop or two; other times it looks like a tablespoon or more. I've parked it until this is resolved. The battery is 2 months old and shows 13v with the bike off and 14.2 v running at RPMs from 1500-4000

My first thought was the regulator but, I believe 14.2v is fine.... Any thoughts?
