i got my catsass after a couple of months, it does backfire a little and has dropped off the left rear cylinder a couple of time. i think i need tom secure it better. as far as dealing with Jon is concerned i have had nothing but good service a responses to my mail and even a good discount offered for a scratch on a muffler. i will use him again for sure.

When did you place your order with UFO?? How do you get ahold of him??? Ive been leaving messasges emails etc. He had returned my call once but I missed it, this must be the only chance i get to talk to him. I would really like to know the progress on my order or be able to talk to him so i can get a refund and cancel my order. As far as i am concerned this is very poor buisness ethic and would be ashamed if i was part of this buisness. Ive now been waiting for four months. Ordered on May 4th which makes it 16 weeks.

I know, I know, Patience is not for everyone, but the Products are well worth the Sacrifice.

I know patienience but when you make the order and are told 6 weeks and it now has been 4 months??? Are you able to get ahold of him?? Or are you in the area and just drive there. And when you see someone elses post that has recieved there order after a couple of months and mine has been 4 makes you kinda wonder WTF is going on.

Jon's Communication Skills (or Lack thereof) have been on Topic since ... well, a long Time. I don't know what to say about this, and can't and won't explain. He obviously was caught on the wrong Foot with all the Orders exceeding by far any Expectations.

But honestly, I can't say anything bad about him or his Products. Yes, he sure is late on Delivery but i didn't believe 4 Weeks Delivery right from the Beginning and 5 Months Delivery Time didn't bother me at all. I waited 7 Months to get my Hands on my Bike and another 3.5 Months to take the first real Ride .... So what ??

Spoke to Jon a couple days ago. I ordered the CatSass at the end of March and it is just now coming back from coating, hope to get it by next week.

My personal opinion of Jon: great guy busting his a$$ trying to get sh!t done. He knows he’s behind the power curve on communication and getting the products out. For the shop and the amount of personnel he has I’m impressed with what he has done thus far.
Yes, getting him on the phone is luck of the draw, but be warned: if you start asking him a lot of questions about the Vmax it’s like giving a stray dog t-bone scraps, don’t expect to hang up in 2 minuets as you just made a new friend:-)….that’s the thing with Jon, he has an abundance of passion for his work and he’s a little A.D.D…..but the quality craftsmanship, and having a guy that’s been there done that with the Vmax is a great result of dealing with Jon…….I have no concern regarding if the product will make it to me, when? well I wait patiently knowing UFO has a following established over years of Vmax paraphernalia…………………. ok, enough bromance

We did purchase items that did not exist yet. There were a couple prototypes out there and yes the production estimates were off. In time Jon will catch up and will have better customer service.

Jon is not J&Pcycle. It’s UFO, I believe for me it’s more personal. With all the quarks you get when dealing with various personalities and I (IMHO) would rather put my faith in someone like Jon as opposed to a big conglomerate.

So what would be the harm in sending a quick email or return a telephone call just to let me know where he is at with the systems. The only reply that i have heard is that they are at the coaters, At the coaters for like 3 months he should maybe get on them. And how do customers that have ordered there systems after me have them already?? Look at the posts above. I guess now that he has my money it doesnt matter anymore.

How do you get a refund from them if you cant get ahold of him?? Have they shut the doors????

dispute credit card charge or try to keep calling. I once had to have a detective call someone to get a refund. I am sure Jon will refund your money. He may have some issues but thief isn't one of them.
