I'm sick of stupid posts about UFO Performance. A forum is a place to talk and share ideas, not a boxing ring !

This forum is also a place to comment on customer service, product quality, and technical information. I think that when people have exceptionally good or bad experiences, it's great to have a place to share that.

I've withheld 90% of what I want to say about UFO... because I am not a customer. Why am I not a customer? Because 30 days of calling and leaving messages, emails, and PM's trying to find out how to be a customer without an answer is enough for me. (I did get a PM back after 30 days..it told me to call or email). Apparently that's not the exception to the way customer service goes over there. Watching one of my friends deal with him after paying him and not being able to contact him for several months was enough for me.

Most posts I have read have been reflections of frustration at a lack of information, unless I am just missing the stupid ones.

mmm strange if you email him at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. you will get a responce within 24 hrs or atleast that has been my experience. You can honestly pm anyone on a forum and expect a responce asap.

I have been on alot of forums and this is about the best non arguing bunch of people I have ever come across. Try the R1 forum if you want to see boxing. Especially in the squid my mommy cosigned my r1 loan kiddy section.

Well I sent him an Email on August 15th at 10:51 am and have been phoning every day. I dont know about this 24hr reply? Mayby he only replies to certain customers and yes i am very frustraded at this time.

I purchased the CatSass System on February 16, 2009 (prepaid), shipped out June 16, 2009. Jon continuously keep me informed on the progress regarding product availability, installation... (Total 45 emails and usefull informations!). I appreciate Jon's passion for the Vmax and the very good quality of the products. No reason to kill the business image of this company !.

There is already a thread regarding issues people may or may not be having with them. Post your opinion there, don't argue with someone about it, just post your opinion and move on.
