These Pics are from Matt at www.performanceedge.us He is by far one of the Nicest, customer service oriented motorcycle vendors I have ever dealt with or met. He has been around for years on the Raider and warrior and big dog forums and I have never heard a bad thing about him. That being said here are the Pics of the Black chrome some of you have asked for side by side with regular chrome.

If I wasn't going through a divorce or had Just bought an empty house that needs to be filled I would be all over this!!! Next year 100% I would do every piece that could be done and the carbon fiber.. That would be sweeeeeet. He said the cost of Black chrome was a little more than standard but Didn't currently have a list for black chrome as its a very small Market that use it and all parts are a different price.

I forgot Matt is an actual mechanic with his own shop and employees too. Not just an E-Chromer in a Virtual E-world world. That always meant something to me..

Wow now thats something diferent didnt realize it was out there!!
Oh and ps Reza is geting my wheels sent to him on Monday along with some other bits, man what a chore to get the wheels broken down front was no problem peal the tire and pulled the bearings the rear on the other hand 8" we couldnt find anything close enough to remove the retainer nut so ran to local dealership and they said uhoh we are just about to put one of those wheels on and dint realize there was yet another special wheel tool we went through 8 in a box none the right size would have gladly traded my wheel already put together for the blank one only problem it just came in with matching paint mine was flat black. So off to the truck supply nothing off to the nutty company almost 11/4 nut and ground the corners and wala my own tool for 2.95 and a little dremel work worked like dream. Of course by this point Reza texted me he had the tool and send the wheel he will remove the bearings and nut my afternoon spent running around

I am looking forward to getting my scoops and meter cover back soon. I will start putting pieces back on this weekend.

I love that black chrome. I wish I could do my wheels, side cover and pipes.

I love that black chrome as well... right up until I see that it's not as smooth as regular chrome. Don't know if I could handle the ripples in it. Maybe if it finished smoother.

Anyone know if that's a characteristic of the black chrome or if it's just the prep work underneath?
