I had the Arlen Ness teardrop mirrors, and they were a little too close to see well around my large (real-man-sized) frame, so I bought these from cvvmax on Ebay. Work great and a good deal. I think all of us plus-sized fellas (you know who you are)ought to use them!

I've done a little business with him and found him to be a Stand Up Guy ! Mark |

I've done a little business with him and found him to be a Stand Up Guy ! Mark Hey guys...first of all, thanks for the words...the only reason I had those extenders is to go with the Y's Gear Black Low Profile Mirrors, because they too are too narrow in reference to the handlebar ends...with the extenders, you get a full view of the rear, do not extend the mirrors out beyond the ends of the handle bars and keep the low profile of the mirrors, which was the original intent... As for price, you can get them cheaper but you may encounter problems like I did with the folks selling them on EBay, where they sent me two RIGHT THREAD bolts or only ONE RIGHT THREAD and NO REVERSE THREAD bolt...try to find a SS 10mm-1.25 Pitch Reverse Thread Socket Head Bolt in this universe... The only thing that would make them better is if the bolts were BLACK or at least the hole where the head of the bolt sits, had a black plastic cover to hide the silver bolt...can't have everything, I guess... |

I may need to look at something like that for my Rizomas. I can see around myself just fine, but I can't get my blind spots at the same time.

Those extenders do the trick and you won't have to be doing any more "California Lane Change Head Checks" any more...those head checks are as dangerous or worse than texting while driving... |

Yeah, I learned that in a hurry. Even the stock mirrors were less than desirable. This is my first cruiser style bike, I'm used to being able to see everything on sport bikes. I'm definitely checking out the extenders, thanks.
