TOPIC: Removing rear wheel

Removing rear wheel 1 year, 6 months ago #1

How hard is it to remove the rear wheel off the Gen 2?
I have a shop that will put on my already bought rear tire for $60 if I bring the bike in and they have to take off the wheel. If I bring the rim and tire in off the bike, they will do it for $40.
Is this worth $20 bucks to remove it myself or just let them do it for $60?

Got the money? Is it Hot? I vote let them do it for $60

Tom,

Big question is --Do you have the Wheel Lug Wrench to remove the axle ?

Second assuming you have it on a paddock stand, Do you have a tidy tail or fender eliminator ?

Because both those things can be frustrating !

The place where I bought my bike changes tires for free if I bring in the tire and wheel--- Thats why I do it.

For you since your already $40.00 in the hole, Have them do it !

Mark

PS You Don't Need Any More FRUSTRATION !
