The Friday 530 PM meet up at the gas station in Sturgis sounds great, I will be there. Do you know the name of it? I guess I can't miss a bunch of VMAXs.......I will have a new cell number next week. If we get rained out, I'll call one of you from up there.

You guys do know that the actual rally starts the second week in August. 8th through the 14th. Of course the riding will be a lot better during the first week before the Hoards show up. I personally don't ride much during the rally due to crowded roads and accidents.

I will be in Denver until Wed the 4th. It would be good if we could meet somewhere on Fri eve or Sat Morning on the 7th and ride some of the canyons. Let me check with G. Brown on possible meet place.

maxout friday eve would be good for me I would like to find a place in spearfish to throw a sleeping bag down because I know there wont be a motel within 200 miles.

There is a convience store and gas station just off exit 32 on I-90 that would be the east side of Sturgis. Lets try to meet up there on Friday Evening on the 6th at say 5:30 pm. We can go from there and maybe plan a ride for Sat the 7th. Anyone staying in Spearfish can give me a call and ride in from here. Those staying in Rapid City can give George Brown a call and meet up there and ride down.

Hey guys, is there any chance of getting a rear tire changed anywhere in the Black Hills next week? Or will this be inpossiable?
I think I have some miles left on it, but will be bringing a spare. Just wondering.

Yes. The local dealers set themselves up to handle a large amount of oil and tire changes. Get to one about a half hour before they open to beat the crowds.
