Pirelli Night Dragon 1 year 5 months ago #1

Has anyone tried the Pirelli Night Dragon 240 setup on their MAX?

Thanks

I had 3 240's, all perelli. The first was the Diablo, the second tje Night Dragon and then back to the Diablo. I liked the night dragon but seemed really soft to me, great at absorbing the bumps but left a kinda numb feeling in the rear when riding aggressively. It didn't give me a lot of feeback plus it is a fairly soft compound so tread life was short, I found I got the same tread life from the diablo but better feedback when powering hard out the corners. Just my Opinion, but I hope it helps!

Rick choose wisely on that tire you dont want to have to change it often with those wheels , Well at least I dont

we have all been pretty happy with the Avon Cobra and get 10-11 K out of them , Brett is a bit more aggressive

in the turns than I had he has never had a doubtful moment about traction , And the Stom 2 ultra front is a dual compound

for good wear and excellent cornering it's much more rounded like a sport bike tire and with the light wheels it's like riding

a 750 in the turns.

Thanks Rudy and Bob,

I had the avon venom with the 200 and really liked it...I'm still leaning toward the shinko oo5
