Mark by any chance is this going to be front head pipes also or is it still just the mid pipes and cans?

I much prefer the look of dual systems (one each side) over the single sided 4 into 1 to keep the bike looking more balanced.

Just the midpipe and cans Tyler. But, I've been told that the right side of the midpipe is identical to the 4-2-1 (minus the merge of the other side). So if you had the right head pipe from the 4-2-1 all you would need is a head pipe for the left side made up. :hmmm:

Thanks for the encouragement guys...I appreciate it!

The main reason I'm excited about this mid-pipe, and the reason I asked Lee Hindle to make it available is because of the large selection of mufflers available for it. Most pipes available for the VMax have only a single choice of style.

I'm thinking there is at least 12 different variations to choose from. 4 styles and 3-4 different materials.

The picture below shows the styles and each style has different materials available. There is Carbon Fiber, Black, Titanium, and Stainless Steel.

Everybody has their own "taste" and now you will have choices. Choose the style you like then choose the material....different strokes for different folks!

Tim thinks he has a tune now that is a close match....he told me he would offer a one that is specific for the pipe if it looks like a bunch will be sold.

I will try the flash he says is close and get the bike on a dyno to confirm how good it matches up.

Funny you should ask....it shipped today, I'll have it early next week. I'll post up photos as soon as I get the boxes open. :photo:

It's the first production pipe they've produced so it's been slow going. I also asked for a finish on the cans that they don't offer just before it was ready to ship......so the last delay was my fault.
