Bump. Come on Mark, let's see the pics. We know that you're just sitting around twiddling your thumbs, waiting for your new exhaust. Also, please post the Custom Dynamics link. Well you're right you son-of-a-gun....but I didn't have any photos of the parts on the bike until I just went out to the garage.... just for you at 11:45PM. light on shroud by itself: light on the bike showing the black plastic finisher I made for the tops to blend with the plastic rad shroud. Overexposed side shot that shows how light protrudes beyond aluminum so it can be seen from the side. 2 pictures with the light on. www.customdynamics.com/plasma_rod_led_lights.htm Now nobody is allowed to copy this for 6 months!! I have more important details I will release in drips and drabs, to slow the people who like these down. I'm going to get this mod out of you, one step at a time. How did you run the wires? Did you have to do anything for the blink rate? The length of the plasma rod is perfect for the location. |

Has anyone found a method to disconnect the 2 connectors that need to come apart to remove the speedo? I can't get my hand into that tight space. How about you Rudy? I know you had all that stuff off while resurrecting you beast. Thanks, Mark I just tooned into this thread sorry. Your right the only real way to get at the connectors was to remove the airbox, there is just not enough room to get your hand between the frame and the airbox to disconect them. Again sorry for missing the post, been really busy and would have only to glad to have been able to help. Please feel free to send me a PM if you ever need help! vmaxmercer |

I figured it out 2 minutes after my original post after looking again.....I think at first I just didn't want to take anything else off the bike and was in my "lazy" thinking mode. |

Those look really nice Mark! Did you zip screw them to the trim or just two sided tape. And so what have you done with the speedo after removal? Plasti blasty? Oh and good luck in your best of one series....we're waiting!

There brighter then mine looks good .. Are you going to run your bike with the power comander and the Nash flash ?? Never knew you had those Chuck.....thought you had the LED rings on the forks. Tim thinks he has a flash that is very close, but I going to have to get the bike on a dyno and see where it's at. So yes on the PCV. |
