First, try to adjust the Cable - take a 3mm long Allen Haed Key and go in from the right side of the Bike. Underneath the Carbs should be seen a small black Box. It moves when the Servo-Motor actuates the V-Boost-Butterflies. Open the silver looking Screw inside the Box and see what happens. Usually the inner Spring will take out the Slack of the Assembly.

If adjusting the Cable won't help, it's either a Problem in the TCI, but the Tach would jump also(both V-Boost and TAch are driven from the grey #2 Coil Signal), Wiring between Harness and Blackbox (3 Wires), Wiring between V-Boost-Controller and Servomotor(5 Wire-Connector), the V-Boost Controller has a Problem within, or the Wipers inside the Servomotor are giving false Signals.

Lot's of Possibilities and some Things to check.

dot3 from the slave cylinder. since the last post i pulled that one back off took it apart and put the new gaskets on another one i had laying around i cleaned it up with 400 grit very lightly beforehand. and that :arghhh: thing leaked too. i then put a tiny 3 pad hone a neibor lent me to the first one and truth be told its not as smooth as i thought it should be so maybey that was too pitted but it didnt look pitted to me it just looked filmed a bit. :smash: havent tried the honed one yet.

the resivior at the clutch master cylinder empties pretty quick when its running but barely drips at all sitting. strange? or does vibration affect it that much?
