That looks sick...wonder if it would change the handling of the bike...what are the advantages apart from the looks?

That's interesting Kris, I hope they do a fair bit of WOT while testing the strength of that swingarm, Wouldn't be nice watching a rear wheel go by. I like the looks of it though, That rim is awesome1
Neno17, Easy install of a wide tire on that setup, It would make changing a tire easier too...Something Vmax owners need Haha. |

I definitely wouldn't trust it. The Vmax makes too much torque, especially after mods. It would have to be very thick..

Kris where did you find those photos?
That mob is really starting to provide a lot of quality gear for MAX, I have purchased the total lowering package, front and back. I can`t wait to get back home and starting to put all the gear I have been stock piling since laid up. Vic |

I love the look of the swing arm but that tire is just too wide. If they design it with 240 option would be cool, but like pokeynose and No_Max said that big V4 torque will certainly test the strength of that set-up!

The part I would worry about are the four bolts holding the pumkin to the swing arm. It looks like stock pumkin so maybe not designed to take all that stress at that location. My 1800 Gold wing has a simmilar single sided swing arm set up so I know they can take stress. GW swing arms and rears are a dime a dozen due to trike industry. If they could be moded to fit Vmax chassis???? I have eight GW pumkins sitting in my shed. Band new with rotors etc.
