Agree with all your remarks guys.
I wouldn't do it either, unless you could bolt on a 200 or 240 tire. I don't see why not? Width wouldn't be an issue any more. I ride my bike in the twisties as well. I can only imagine the price to be 6G+ No idea about taking the stress. I mean OTEC do good quality stuff, and would probably do their research and engineer it so it can and wouldn't leave themselves exposed to all the liability But sure looks sick! |

The part I would worry about are the four bolts holding the pumkin to the swing arm. It looks like stock pumkin so maybe not designed to take all that stress at that location. My 1800 Gold wing has a simmilar single sided swing arm set up so I know they can take stress. GW swing arms and rears are a dime a dozen due to trike industry. If they could be moded to fit Vmax chassis???? I have eight GW pumkins sitting in my shed. Band new with rotors etc. 8 pumpkins? |

with the diff. size rims and tires, i'm sure you would have to use spacers or something along thos lines to keep the center point in line with it..Don't you think?
Just waaaaay too much $$ for that setup, but if you have it, Use it!! |

So far I spent north of 10G on my bike Ted and I didn't have to try hard to do so either
This stuff is like motorcycle jewellery. Having said that I can't justify it either. It looks sick, but 300 is unpractical for me and kind of riding I do But its nice to look at |

You are not wrong Kris. Every time we catch up you have added something new and shiny to your Max, and it shows, cause your bike looks killer!!
Are you sure you wouldn't like to be the only Vmax owner in Oz with a single sided swingarm? |

I would like to see what this new design does under high HP conditions. The static display looks good, but rocking down the road under riding and HP stress's are different....
