1 week, 3 days ago the bike was dropped off and still no parts have been delivered for them to fix it..JUst like they told me last week, Parts will be in this Wed or Thrus. REALLY!! Guess i have to just wait and see what happens.. I really hope it's fixed right the 1st try..Or this will be a long process..Thank God it's summer and nothing but 100degs. out.. I could of had the parts by now..I asked him if they had some type of tracking system and he said, no, not really..WTF!!! We ordered it and it will get when it gets here..I don't even think they want to take the time even back track or look into it for ya..It's like their WAAAAYYY too busy to do thier job	Qtip OFFLINE Platinum Max What ever! Ted, hang in there. Keep bugging them about the parts & when your bike will be fixed! A warranty job gets them minimum profits, if ever. Yami won't pay more than is absolutely necessary. That doesn't mean you can treat your customer like he's an idiot. Be polite, but firm. I guess Friede's right as far as how some dealers work....but he!!, you bought the bike from them with the warranty, you'd think they would be a bit more helpful and, yeah, they're busy, but, but....it's a Max! In any case, hope they do more than right by you on the repair itself.
