O2 sensor wrench size 10 months 3 weeks ago #1

Changing my exhaust out and got stopped at the 02 sensor .
What wrench size is the sensor???

Getting ready for my reflashed Brain to arrive Monday!

Yeah 7/8" is very close to the actual 22mm wrench size for both the Stock Narrowband O2 Sensor as well as the Wideband O2 Sensor that comes with the Dynojet AT-200 (just checked the one on my bike to make sure).

1" = 25.4mm
7/8" = 0.875"
0.875 * 25.4 = 22.225mm

As you mention a 7/8" is close enough (for government work) without rounding the corners. Plus, there is no need to go out and buy a 22mm open end wrench since it is not used on many parts at all apart from this O2 sensor. And as others have mentioned, an adjustable wrench should work also, as long as it is a good one.

You guys are right I could use a adjustable wrench in my tool box
I was trying to take the o2 sensors off with them still on the bike
I forgot to unplug and take it off the bike first...
