This is the Function of a Guerney Flap on a Race Car.

Get yourself a 90 Degree angled Profile with 0.25 Inches each Side out of Acryl and bend it with a Heat Gun to the Shape of the Shield on the upper Edge. Then Duct Tape it for a Test Ride, if everything is fine, glue it in Place with a Power Glue or use very small stainless Bolts to make the Connection even more rigid. Less noticeable, better looking, way cheaper and made by YOURSELF !!!

Sorry you are having problems, this machine is way to expensive to put up with this for long. However, we have a very complex machine with a lot of "bells and whistles"; as a result, I was afraid with a first year all new ride we would have some problems crop up. Mine has been glitch free so far; knock on wood!

I had a new issue pop up on a cruise into work this morning. The headlight started intermittently flickered up to high beam while being on low beam.

Happened 3 times in an hour for about 5 seconds of strobing up and down, not a good thing in traffic.

I might try this. Last time I dealt with this much wind roar was on the wife's Savage. We got so tired of it after trying different shields that we traded the bike in. Ain't going the same route with the Max.
