TOPIC: changing greeting messages on the Max

changing greeting messages on the Max 4 years 1 month ago #1

I am trying to re-program the start-up and welcome greeting messages on the Max. The characters seems to be linked to a binary mapping of some sort. The question is if the info is soft or hard coded. Any ideas?

My Guess is this is hard coded and can't be changed. :( It would be a neat way to personalise your bike. :woohoo:

Very interested in how this could be done. I fear this is programmed into the ROM though. Won't be easy for sure.
