Dear all,

I'm a recent owner of this new monster, I'm french and as you can guess, due to the fact it is sold at gold price here (around 25000USD ), we don't have a very big Vmax community.
Nevertheless, we have a french Vmax forum that is quite active but I was not able to get a full answer.
I'd like to open the big round tachometer to clean the inside of the cover because there is some water marks inside.

I succedeed to remove it from its base, removed the metal back cover, and even a lot of little screw that were on the back of the tachometer itself but I was not able to open it completely because something was still keeping the parts assembled as the bottom of the tachometer, maybe a screw I missed near the wires?
Also, I've not be able to disconnect the wires at the rear-bottom of the tachometer. should i look for another connector inside the headlight maybe?
Well, I will be very happy if someone can help me to open this device without breaking it

You should diconnect the Tach/Speedo at the designed Connectors. These are right next to the Airbox on the right Side. The Connectors insided the Housing are not designed to unhook there, even if they look like that.

Can't help with openeing the Housing, though. Tim Nash opened his up, you might shoot him a Message.
