What ya do is disconnect the overflow / vent line and slide the supplied 5/16 ths fuel line on the vent bung dont worry about the one you took it will stay put you will reconnect it if you take the tank off , How it works fill the main tank first put the cap back on then fill the aux it gravity fills into the main tank so it will go empty first this works very well I use the best quality ethanol proof fuel line and stainless clamps simple idea put into motion.

I see them all over ebay. You'd have to get the, rather expensive backrest option installed first, since it is where you attach the luggage rack. To my knowledge, you can't attach just the rack to the OEM seat side panels. Someone will jump in here if I'm wrong on that.
