TOPIC: Fork tube LED turn indicators

Re: Fork tube LED turn indicators 1 year 6 months ago #11

You guys running these billet indicators, do you need to purchase the eclIpze2 module also for running lights to function? Also did you have to use a different flasher relay?
I am thinking of going this route for the front and a integrated tail light for the rear but want to make sure it will all work together ok and I buy the right parts to do so the first time.

Yes you need the eclipz2 module for the running lights. I did not use a different flasher relay. I have after market rear signals, but I don't have the integrated tail light

Is your blink rate faster or stay the same? I'm still up in the air about the rear, I don't have a problem installing a resistor to make the integrated tail function without the abs light problem but I also really like the Yamaha led indicators.

Got this one on my bike and no issues with LED or normal bulbs.

Flasher Relay

They also have a section with OEM connectors for turn-signals....so much nicer than having to cannibalize the stock ones.
