TOPIC: Diavel mud flap/splash guard on the Max

Re: Diavel mud flap/splash guard on the Max 2 years 1 month ago #51

The 3 5/16 ths as long as that is an available size Ted , I would have no prob with the cutting / drilling and finishing out
but I cant Extrude or Mill i am more of a welder fab guy but if that size channel is at Alro metal you are good to go , I will be working in St Pete tomorrow so will stop by with the Micrometer on the way.

Not sure where you will be mounting Ted but know what you need.

Ted
As i suspect that is not a standard size it would have to be either cut a 4 inch channnel remove amount needed
and welded back as one piece or milled out of a solid block i use a spool gun for welding alum if you use 4 inch
and cut/weld tig would be a better weld choice can it be made with the 3 inch channel?
