I just re-flashed the firmware on my PCV to version 1.8.5. My bike didn't start after I flashed the firmware. I flashed it a second time, it took and my bike started. Upon further investigation by talking with a couple of local tuners, this is a known problem. Some PCV's have taken up to four tries to take. From what i saw on their Website, it's mostly Bugfixes regarding the use of the Ignition Module and in Conjuction with the LCD-Display (LCD-200), plus some minor changes within the Quick Shifter Part.

I had to do mine a total of like 6 times. Twice just to get the thing into the PCV and then it didnt recognize the 02 sensor/autotune. Didnt know that till I rode it a bunch of miles and got a check engine light every time I went past half throttle. Then I had to flash 4 or 5 more times to get it all back in working order. Yeah, it's buggy. I hate buggy software!!!
