Well the build is complete, for now anyway. There is still some SATO rear sets in black i would like to add and some other small bits but this will have to do for now, i need to save some stuff to work on next winter anyway. First off i would like to thank the forum members here, especially Capt Bob, TB21 & Tim the Guru. You guys were great at helping me out answering some of my newbie questions i pm'ed you guys so Thank You.
My build theme i went with is a mostly blacked out bike with some stuff powder coated to match the frame and some parts painted in the gloss black with the added touch of matte black over the top stripes. The stripes are painted, not decals and doing this in paint to match the frame is more challenging than one would think to get it to look right under the clear coat but my painter pulled it off i think. Performance wise of course we went with V2 flash/Brocks set up with modded airbox (i opted against the big air to hold out for VROOMY) quick shift and the BST wheels. Please let me know what you all think. |

Honestly that's too much black for me personally. I would never touch the scoops as I love the brushed look for example. But It wouldn't be fun if we were all the same. So kudos for making her your own. It is obvious lots of care went with your work.
Now go and do what she was made for. Having a zero mile VMAX is just plan wrong man. Let her rip!!! PS: I see couple of Futaba RC car controllers there. I think we share similar interests |

Good eye on the Futabas, my boy and i rip around with a pair of Mugen truggys. Cant wait to ride, all this damn snow needs to melt first! |
