TOPIC: AIS Mod, Big Air, Holeshot Exhaust... question?

AIS Mod, Big Air, Holeshot Exhaust... question? 1 year 1 month ago #1

Hey guys,

I have been reading on this forum for quite a while now and figure its time to say thanks for all the research and incredible work you have put into this bike.

It took some convincing to my wife and a whole lot of reading to figure out what mods to do. I settled on Holeshot 4 into 2 exhaust, fx tuner's big air, Ais fix, and Tim's ECU Re-flash.
I wanted to get advice from the photo's if I am on track. I had to send my ECU back to Tim because apparently up in Canada we get the Euro version of the bike. Crazy :smash: Thought I'd caution any other Canadian to have a look into that before sending the ECU.

The question I have is under the right scoop there are two white plugs. Do I unplug the larger one featured in the photo?
Also, for the Ais Mod, I basically blocked off both hoses and then put the crank case filter on the hose behind the big air stacks. Is this right?
Sorry one more, since Tim's flash looks after the EXUP Servo do I need to unplug?

Thanks Again and can't wait to hear Dale's exhaust roar. I will post sound and pics soon.
This is very addictive stuff!!!! Might be tough to draw the line with the mods.

Yeah, it's real tuff to stop modding once you start, and you're off to a GREAT start! That things gonna be a BEAST :cheer:

Why do you need to unplug a white plug? Yes, you can unplug the exup solenoid and remove it :)
