TOPIC: Speed Input for PCV or Speedo Healer

There has been some interest by some in running the speed input (ABS signal) into the PCV for gear dependent settings on the Quickshifter. This wire can also be used to tie into a Speedo Healer, or for gear dependent maps.
If connecting to the PCV you can use a "positap" to tap into the wire, and run that wire to terminal #5 on the PCV. You then need to set it up in the PCV software. I have taken a diagram I found elswhere on the forum and modified it so that it is a little more intuitive (to me anyway). It is a white wire with yellow striping. This diagram shows the LARGE ECU connector AS YOU LOOK AT THE CONNECTOR WHERE THE WIRES EXIT, AND WHERE YOU WILL CONNECT. |

Yeah, and be sure not to confuse it for the Yellow wire with white striping, like I did when wiring the speed healer (not good)
(if severed, the other wire make Vmax NO GO) Live and learn, I guess. |
