TOPIC: Hindle / Brock Evo can for the 4-1 system

Re: Hindle / Brock Evo can for the 4-1 system 11 months 4 weeks ago #11

Can I have one too please?

Bob, have you tried throwing your cortech's over the back? Will they work with the Evolution muffler?

Here is a link to hindle's product catalogue: www.hindle.com/pdf/2012_STREET_RACE_Catalogue.pdf

I don't know the difference between the stealth and super sport 14" EVO can and some have "LEFT" next to them. Maybe left side mount?

RRP: seems to be $424.95 for the 14" carbon supersport which is what I think the capt has.

Hook me up Bob!

That's one sexy can there Captain. One more for your collection. What is the power difference on that one to the Gen 4?
Any chance of us getting a sound clip?

Nelson it really sounds about the same as the G 4 and would think it performs prob the same as well the Gen 4 was the top HP producer on the 4-1 system even over the short meg but i still like the little Meg for the track smaller & lighter and louder , I will try a phone sound clip a little later dont have a Camcorder that works very well.

Kris i fitted the Cortech bags I will post a pic off the pad in a sec, BTW the previous pics were taken with the Xoom motorola
Pad it's handy just shoot and post no downloading come to think of it bet that will do a better sound clip too.

Look to be about an inch clearance that is with a Corbin rear seat somewhat wider than stock , i would say i could get close to an inch
drop on the can if i modify the main bracket elongating the bolt holes to slots and twisting the mid pipe some so looks like it would work and no direct exhaust flow contact to bag

I guess Jeff is tired of getting emails about this can I called him a couple of months ago about this. He said "nogo" I figured there would be some way to make this work. He needs to make this available stat.

What do you mean "no go"?

Brock's is all about customer service and I believe they will do what they can to make their customers happy.

Re: Hindle / Brock Evo can for the 4-1 system 11 months 4 weeks ago #19

Kris I am trying to get it worked out the Evo can is not in the Brock line up ... Yet, and the Gen 4 mid pipe is not in the Hindle line up short of buying a Hindle can and fabbing parts in you application this is what i am doing , The can came

with a Hindle sticker on it I put the Brock badge on it as mentioned in my first post it has to be something they offer before

they will sell it and buying just a midpipe is rather expensive so lets so what happens in the next couple of days I would not

want to undermine what we have so far.
