Here is a little how to on the Tank

Under the rubber boot under the gas cap you will see a overflow line remove that and just slip the fuel line on and clamp it
then route it up under the gas flap I make the hole in the bag with a soldering pen to cauterize the hole but you can use a lighter to burn off
the threads , if you have the cortech stuff some raingear on each side or a towel to keep it tight the finish is rough for that reason
keep it from slipping around , Fill the main tank replace the cap then fill the aux keep it about an inch from the top for safety you will get the feel
for it after a couple fills , To take it off run it dry and thats it it's ok to leave the overflow hanging while the tank is on and just slip it back on when
you are done using it I leave the line a little long and give it a twist under the tank it's eaiser to manage too.
Any questions hollar ,, O crack the zipper just a little to vent off any fumes.

....and if you combine it one of these, you could touch nearly 200miles between fill ups.

Got the tank Bob, Thanks. as your additional Info. Can you provide a picture of the location of the Vent you run the tube to? I maybe over thinking this but if its inside the gas cap I was just thinking it "How do you get the Gas cap back on, if running a line in there?". Also I remember seeing a pic. I think OZ showing how he mounted to his rear seat pad (show upside down) I could not see the straps very well so wanted to make sure when I mounted mine it was correct. Nice and snug, not to let the tank move around. :nonono: Thanks in advance.

Good ! Not near my bike but easy peasy. , take off the gas cap and wiggle the black rubber bot just below the cap off the vent line sticks out of the fuel fill neck towards the Port side ( left for landlubbers) remove the Line it's a black braided line roughly 1/2 inch in OD
Just leave it there you don't have to plug it it's just a vent , connect the supplied 1/4 inch line .

Kris cut small slits in the bag to route the straps through ( Singe the cuts ) I would think it would be best first time to take the 2 bolts out and remove the rear seat , Kris might elaborate on that , Rok straps might work well they make ones with loops on the end just slip
The loops through each other to make a circle they have a strong plastic buckle and an elastic section , I will post a pic of my straps
I use for attacking my little tail bag when I get home.
