TOPIC: Exhaust Tips

Exhaust Tips 3 years ago #1

Finished the slash cut exhaust tips. They are brushed aluminum to match the theme of the bike. Easy clamp on installation. My eye kept going to the stock recessed tips and this was my solution. They also looked good painted silver to match the end caps. I will be making a limited batch of these sets soon .

Different, I'm just stuck on the 'Blacked Out" look, now if we can get rid of that ugly blackbox hanging down underneath BTW, where did you get the red wheel stripe kit that has the Yamaha Racing logos?

Soki, I don't think he made the stands..

The tips look great!

I really like the look of those! I saw them painted black on a few bikes and like the look of it...would be very interested if you happen to make a few sets for people to buy!

Re:Exhaust Tips 3 years ago #7

Nice mod. I really like the look. Simple and effective.
If you decide to make a few sets put me on the list please!

Thanks to all the positive feedback and interest in the exhaust tips. If you have received a PM back from me you are on the list for a set.
I have enough materials to make up 2 additional sets. If interested please PM ASAP for details. I should have them ready to send out 02/13/09
