Phil great times. You will get to the 9's for sure. I have a ? for all of you. I shift when the light comes on, is that right or do I need to reset the shift times. Why would I want to shift at 10gran, is that max hP or what. Thanks Dannie

Got back to the track for some more practice last weekend, got rained out after my first warm up pass on Saturday but had a good day on Sunday. I dont have slips to post up as i had to fly back to work for two weeks but i am so close to my 9.99 its driving me crazy now. I ran a few 10.08's and now my fastest pass of 10.04 @ 134, getting soooo close. I may of even had my 9 sec pass during the actual race but sense i had chased down and passed the slower bike i let of the throttle well before the stripe so i wouldnt break out on a 10.2 dial in. Unfortunatly i still broke out coasting thru with a 10.17 that ended my day. I should get two more days over labor day weekend as long as the rain stays away.

I would be happy with that time ALL DAY!. I need to get back out

Back in the day........I remember breaking out my very first competion race by (.003).....they made a big deal at the track in letting everyone know about it. Heck I didn't know any better....I thought I won!

Have fun......wouldn't mind poking my nose in on our closest track (a couple hrs away) again myself....but I'll probably need a nap by the time I get there so I'm not sleeping on the line!
