I guess it depends on which site you visit, but watching a few video's when a V-Max beats a beginner with a aftermarket exhaust, the loser is considered "heavily modded" and yes running in the 7's on a 1/8th mile track with a 1000cc Gixxer that is "heavily modded" is a beginner. The drag strip would be a boring place to watch a bunch of cars and bikes that are stock, pipes that make no noise, spinning street tires, bikes that cant get full throttle until they are halfway down the track because of the power wheelies. so im going to the track today on my "prostreet bike" hehe its lowered, piped, air shifter, and extended. it will see 5.70's with a 210 lb rider on it,

Hey wheelie, give it up will ya? Almost all of the guys posting up time slips here have zero experience at the drag strip. The VMax has been out for only a year, it's a 685 lb cruiser, and virtually nobody on this site bought one to go drag racing with. The fact that it can win some races, or someone can run a 10.16 as I did the very FIRST time to the track seems to be to much for you guys to bear.
