I am in need of a good paint shop that produces show quality results.

I currently need a front fender painted for my Gen 1 and will also need some custom work done on the Gen 2 for scoops and side covers.

I will ship the parts anywhere in the US.

My dealer said although Color Rite did not list my 1989 Candy Apple color that he can get it from them so I need to be in contact with the painter to see what they want to do about the paint.

Since the Gen 1 is an insurance claim I need to submit a supplemental claim for the paint work so I need to get this done first.

All efforts to locate a new or used in good original condition 1989 front fender have failed. I have a new 1995 red fender that will be used for the paint work.

If you are willing to ship, Mike Lavallee's shop is less than 2 hours from me. Problem there is, I called him for a quote, and he started at $2500 for the fenders and tank cover. And the turn around can be a challenge. He usually quite busy.

I have a guy here locally that does graphic work as well as straight paint jobs. His name is Tony Hoffman, and has done several projects for us, and his work is amazing. He is more than willing to talk with you to make sure you are getting the exact paint work you are looking for. You can check out some of his work here.

Tom Argue designs in st pete fl his number is 727 542 9628 some of the cars we have are woeth upwards of 7 figures and wwe totally trust tom he just did a bunch of work on our 32 Auburn boat tail speedster (V 12) Black laquer his web site you will find under his name and he knows my bond with the v max and did a lot of carbon fiber immersion as well just mention capt bob

I use Fantastic Finishes of Palm Beach and deal directly with the owner, Rus Swift. They are a certified shop for Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Porsche, Audi and Lamborghini. They are also the exclusive paint shop for Mosler Automotive. This is the only shop I use for business and personal use. Top shelf work.

Rus color matched the Max’s “Intense Black” paint for me way back in February of 2009, long before ColorRite even offered a paint code.
