You may consider posting your calender to Zazzle so people could have a very nicely printed and bound calender made and shipped to them. It's a little more expensive, but it is in line with what a calender typically cost. You may also open the door to some other V-Max owners not familiar with this site (which would be rare) to print one up.

Tim, thanks for the advice. I checked out the Zazzle site and made an account. But I have to considerably alter the files. The setup for calendars is quite different
